gst-plugins-bad1.0 (1.22.0-3) unstable; urgency=medium
* The new Intel Quick Sync Video plugin is amd64-only
so only enable it there
* Bump minimum libzxingcore-dev to 1.4.0
* Enable wpe on all non-Linux architectures
* Release to unstable
